  • Monkey Bar Gym Workout -"We focus on moving toward a more positive, collective form of exercise that engages one's entire body and mind, builds usable strength, and inspires physical and social confidence.In the MBG Method, we teach people how to run, jump, climb ropes, do handstands, dodge, and react like they did on the playground as kids. Doing natural exercise in a fun and playful manner but yet extremely challenging helps people from all backgrounds learn from each other in a non-discriminating environment."

  • Basic Tumbling -You will have fun learning tumbling skills even if you have never tumbled before! Our Basic Tumbling class focuses on fundamental skills including: handstands, rolls, cartwheels, and back handsprings. We put emphasis on developing coordination, flexibility and self-confidence. 

    Adults:Tue, Thu 8:30-9:30pm,

Sat-Sun 5:30-6:30pm

Kids: 10:30-11:15am

All Ages: Sun 3:30-4:30pm

  • Break Dance - Introduction to Break Dancing

    Learn the fundamentals of this element of Hip Hop culture. Class will cover the basics of top rock, footwork, freezing, popping and power moves.  No experience necessary.

    Ages 16+: Sat 11:30am – 12:30pm

  • Parkour -The Athletic Playground now offers the only San Francisco Parkour officially sanctioned class in the in the Bay Area! With the experience of veteran traceurs to guide you through, you'll be sure to gather the technical knowledge of all the basic vaults and maneuvers to get you ready to hit the streets. We'll also get you geared up with workouts and conditioning exercises to help you reach your top form. The best part is, now you can practice in the safety of an indoor studio to help build your confidence!  Open to all levels of experience!

    All Ages:  Tue, Thu 7:30-8:30pm

  • Brazilian Percussion - This class will be for people who are interested in learning rhythms for hand drums or those interested in learning to use different percussive instruments as well, like shakers, bells, ect. Classes will have a warm-up followed by a rhythm. Warm-up consists of different hand exercises and rhythms that help coordination of the hands and is followed by a selection of rhythms.   • Capoeira - Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian cultural form that mixes fight and play, co-operation, acrobatics, percussion and song into a dynamic cultural expression.

Adults: Mon, Wed 8:30-9:30pm

Kids: Mon, Sat 4:30-5:15pm

  • Juggling Class - Learn to juggle from an award winning professional juggler. Juggling
    is a fun and exciting activity that will help to improve your child's
    coordination, reflexes and self confidence. The class is planned for
    ages 9 and up with easy step by step instruction in solo and team
    juggling. Topics covered will include basic patterns with three balls,
    beginning balancing stunts, fancy ball spinning and dribbling, tricks
    with hats and canes, and how to play with skill toys including yo-yos,
    paddleballs and tops. The class will end with a performance that
    friends and parents will be invited to attend.

    Ages 9 and up:  Sundays 2:30-3:30pm
  • Acro Yoga - Through the art Partner Yoga, Flying, Sacred play, conditioning, etc. we explore the connection between one's self and one's partner, stretching, breathing, and supporting in a variety of fun, unique poses.  This class is focused on building experience Basing and Flying, AcroYoga style, both Therapeutically, and Acrobatically...!
    Bring a friend, or come alone and we will team you up with a partner... 
    Arrive ready for anything and leave feeling totally uplifted.

    Ages 16+: Sun 5:00-6:30pm



  • Aerial Fitness
    - Climbing, pulling, flipping upside-down, and holding yourself in challenging positions in the air, you will build an amazing overall body strength in this class. We will be working with trapezes, aerial tissue, and rope, as well as floor exercises including handstand conditioning and stretching. Aerial Fitness (Circus Work out?) focuses on balancing strength, flexibility, functionality and ease of movement.  This class is open to all levels, come ready to play.

    Adults: Sun 12:30-1:30pm

    Kids: Sun 11:30-12:15pm

  • Shaoling Mini-Monks - Kids learn the basics of traditional Northern Shaolin Kung Fu. Agility, strength, coordination and focus are improved.

    Kids: Mon 5:30-6:15pm
