What is a TRANCE?
Some psychologist and hypnotherapists believe we are in and out of trance all day long: when we suddenly find ourselves home but don’t remember driving there; when 8 hours goes by and we were so entrenched in painting, dancing, working, gardening etc, that we don’t notice; when we day dream, meditate, do anything repetitive, watch television or a movie, listen to music, or focus intently on anything.
