Types of Yoga: Four main paths

As we learned last week, there are many different paths to reaching enlightenment. Though most westerners associate yoga with the practice of yoga poses (asanas), there are many different paths of yoga, some of which do not involve the practice of yoga asanas at all. If practicing yoga poses does not appeal to you but you are interested in other paths to enlightenment, perhaps a different form of yoga is the right path for you.
