Who Am I?
My name is Priya, a certified massage therapist and yoga teacher who has been working privately with select clients throughout the Bay Area for the past 5 years.   (You can read more about me below.)


FULL BODY SOOTHING MASSAGE* ~ Using long flow strokes bringing hydration, circulation, and fresh blood to the areas of the body that have become stagnant, hard, and in come cases inflamed due to tense/dry muscles blocked from this nourishment... FULL BODY THERAPY MASSAGE* ~ In this massage there is a focus on alleviating knots and tensions created in response to daily activities & stresses. Using trigger point and deep tissue techniques, mixed with flow strokes, I spend our time working with targeted areas of your body, kneading and softening them with the attention they've been aching for... A deeply therapeutic & fulfilling experience.   ($110/50min in Spas.. Your Holiday Special ~ $70/60min, $90/90min)

YOGA BLISS THERAPY ~ Seducing the body into deep states of bliss, relaxation, and openness through physical manipulation of various yoga postures allowing chronic tension and blockages to be released at their root. Learn what it is to really relax, unbend, unwind, decompress & slow down.. Through time these sessions will cultivate deeper awareness of being in one's body, facilitating a clear and calm mind so that one can find these states of body/mind BLISS anywhere and at anytime.  (Sessions do not require disrobing.)  (Valued at $75!  Holiday Special ~ $60/60min)

ENERGETIC TOUCH (POLARITY THERAPY) ~ Based on the view that the flow & balance of energy in the human body is the foundation of good health, I will begin by assessing subtle energy patterns using awareness, touch, observation and interview methods.  The session may include light, medium or firm pressure and involve soft touch, some rocking as well as point specific touch..  Give yourself support in increasing self-awareness of subtle energetic sensations, often experienced as tingling, warmth, expansion or wavelike movement.  This is an opportunity to bridge mind, body, emotions, and spirit and to assist your body in it's inherent healing intelligence.  (Does not require disrobing.) ($40/30min, $60/60min, $80/90min)

A Little More About Me..
When I am not massaging private clients, I spend my time teaching teens and adults dance & yoga.  Having been a professional dancer with the San Francisco Ballet for over 10years I understand what it is like to have aches and pains, and the blissful relief that is possible from the healing arts.
While maintaining a private practice and teaching publicly, I volunteer myself to the non-profit organization MahaSiddha Dharma in service of clear, loving, and sane living.
