





This recipe is special because it helps to come out from the first stage of getting the cold, or the flu.
A fast action should be taken for this to dicourage the germs to penetrate into ones body and make him/her very sick.

Boil water in a pot with 4 cups of water.
Cut the veggies in dice then put them inside the boiling water, roots and what takes more time first.
Leave on medium heat for 30 minutes.
Add spices (red pepper, fresh ginger chpped to thin slices) at the last 5 minutes.
If driness is experienced, one can add a spoon with sour cream after serving the soup. this will chill out the soup a bit, moisten the lungs, and has a rgeat taste!
