Here are our general guidelines for posting blogs on AltGlobe.com and some more tips you might want to be aware of.

Original materials - All blogs posted to AltGlobe should be original, unique materials written by the blogger who submits them to the website. (Learn more about adding content to AltGlobe on our Terms of Use page).

Complete articles (blog posts) - Only complete articles will be accepted. Nevertheless, feeds from Bloggers' external blogs will appear in some places only as teasers or lists that are click-throughs to the original article/blog on their sites.

Who can blog on AltGlobe - Everyone can blog on AltGlobe! It does not matter if you are an experienced blogger or a newbie that is about to start with its first blog post ever. Everyone is a teacher and everyone is a student here, therefore the possibilities to grow your audience, relationships and knowledge are endless.

Your blog content - Share with us your knowledge, ideas, thoughts, feelings, and experiences from life and enrich us with your positive solutions for them (if you have any). Our bloggers talk about all aspects of life from home and garden to health, well being, education, food and so many more. The unique thing with AltGlobe bloggers is that they all write about the positive aspects of these issues. For example, popular topics on AG will be Organic Gardening, Green Living, Sustainable Products, etc.
Only post things that you wish to share with the rest of the world on AltGlobe. After submitting your blog (or feed), its content will be available to many people who are part of our network. See below more info about spreading the word.

No advertisment on blogs - To advertise your holistic services, your web site or sustainable products, there are other forums that you can use, rather than blog posts. If you did not find your way to expose your products or services, email us and and we will help you out.

Word editor use- You may use the rich text editor or HTML to add formatting to your blog such as headers, bullets and other features. As a blogger on AG you get a bigger selection of features that can help you with putting your blog together. This editor is pretty much like a word doc. If you did not choose to be a Blogger on AltGLobe when you registered, email us asking to become a blogger and have free access to the AG editor.

Spreading the word about your blog - As a member and a blogger of the AltGlobe community, your blog post will be available to all AltGlobe's website users and to the broader AltGlobe community on social networking websites like Facebook, Twitter and others. This will happen automatically once your blog is approved by our team. Nevertheless, if you want to draw more attention to your AltGlobe blog post, use the links at the bottom of your AltGlobe blog to submit your post to any of the social networking sites.

Supporting media in your blog post - If you use someone else's media to move your idea on your blog, make sure that you have the rights to do that, as described in our Terms of Use. If you do have the rights, properly cite the creator of the original work.

AltGlobe Account :

In order to access some features of the Website, you will have to create an AltGlobe account. You may never use another member’s account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for the activity that occurs under your account or password. You must notify AltGlobe immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account by email. An AltGlobe account cannot be used for the sole purpose of redirecting traffic to another web location, even if it is another AltGlobe account. Keep your account information updated and accurate. Your account must have a valid email address at all times. AltGlobe will use the email address on file in your account information to contact you when necessary.

Services:

The services offered by AltGlobe include the AltGlobe.com, a hub for writers and readers for exchanging, ideas and knowledge about the positive alternatives for life; AltGlobe.org, a platform for people who wish to enhance and develop sustainable projects around the world; and AltGlobe.net, an online marketplace for Eco-Human Friendly Product. Collectively - the "AG Services". The AG Services are hosted in the U.S. This Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the AG Services. By using the AG Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" (which means that you simply browse the AG Website) or you are a "Member" (which means that you have registered with AG). The term "User" refers to a Visitor or a Member. You are only authorized to use the AG Services (regardless of whether your access or use is intended) if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to this Agreement.

Please read this Agreement carefully. If you do not agree with it, you should leave the AG Website and discontinue use of the AG Services immediately. If you wish to become a Member, communicate with other Members and make use of the AG Services, you must read this Agreement and indicate your acceptance during the Registration process. This Agreement includes AG's policy for acceptable use of the AG Services and Content posted on the AG Website, your rights, obligations and restrictions regarding your use of the AG Services and AG's Privacy Policy. In order to participate in certain AG Services, you may be notified that you are required to download software or content and/or agree to additional terms and conditions. Unless otherwise provided by the additional terms and conditions applicable to the AG Services in which you choose to participate, those additional terms are hereby incorporated into this Agreement.

AG may modify this Agreement from time to time and such modification shall be effective upon posting by AG on the AG Website. You agree to be bound to any changes to this Agreement when you use the AG Services after any such modification is posted. It is therefore important that you review this Agreement regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes.

Electronic Communications:

When you visit AG or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

User information on the website:

Please choose carefully the information you post on AG and that you provide to other Users. Your AG profile may not include the following items: Any photographs containing nudity, or obscene, lewd, excessively violent, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable subject matter. Despite this prohibition, information provided by other AG Members (for instance, in their Profile) may contain inaccurate, inappropriate, offensive or sexually explicit material, products or services, and AG assumes no responsibility or liability for this material. If you become aware of misuse of the AG Services by any person, please contact AG or click on the "Flag" link. AG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting (including private messages) by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the AG Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability.

Eligibility:

Use of and Membership in the AG Services is void where prohibited. By using the AG Services, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) you are 18 years of age or older; and (d) your use of the AG Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation. Your profile may be deleted and your Membership may be terminated without warning, if we believe that you are under 18 years of age.

Termination:

This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use the AG Services or are a Member. You may terminate your Membership at any time, for any reason, by emailing us. AG may terminate your Membership at any time, without warning. Even after Membership is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect, including any fees pending from purchasing any product from the AltGlobe community websites.

Fees:

You acknowledge that AG reserves the right to charge for the AG Services and to change its fees from time to time in its sole discretion. At the moment AltGlobe is NOT charging membership fees, and if it will, at any time, all registered users will be notified upfront. If AG terminates your Membership because you have breached the Agreement, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees or any other fees from any service given by AltGlobe to you.

Password.

When you sign up to become a Member, you will also be asked to choose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify AG immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.

Non-commercial Use by Members.

The AG Services are for the personal use of Members only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by AG. Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the AG Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of Members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or linking to the AG Website is prohibited. Commercial advertisements affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed from Member profiles without notice and may result in termination of Membership privileges. Appropriate legal action will be taken for any illegal or unauthorized use of the AG Services.

Proprietary Rights in Content on AG:

Ownership - AG does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, products, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, or any other materials (collectively, "Content") that you post to the AG Services. After posting your Content to the AG Services, you continue to retain all ownership rights in such Content, and you continue to have the right to use your Content in any way you choose. By displaying or publishing ("posting") any Content on or through the AG Services, you hereby grant to AG a limited license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content solely on and through the AG Services. Without this license, AG would be unable to provide the AG Services. For example, without the right to modify Member Content, AG would not be able to digitally compress music files that Members submit or otherwise format Content to satisfy technical requirements, and without the right to publicly perform Member Content, AG could not allow Users to listen to music posted by Members.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content posted by you on or through the AG Services or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, and (ii) the posting of your Content on or through the AG Services does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person by reason of any Content posted by you to or through the AG Services.

The license you grant to AG is non-exclusive (meaning you are free to license your Content to anyone else in addition to AG), and royalty-free (meaning that AG is not required to pay you for the use on the AG Services of the Content that you post), sublicensable (so that AG is able to use its affiliates and subcontractors such as Internet content delivery networks to provide the AG Services), and worldwide (because the Internet and the AG Services are global in reach). This license will terminate at the time you remove your Content from the AG Services.

AG may delete any Content that in the sole judgment of AG violates this Agreement or which may be offensive, illegal or violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of any person, or materials that do not comply with the “spirit” of AG.

Selling your content - The license does not grant AG the right to sell your Content, unless you enrolled and were approved as a seller on AG. The Terms for using the AltGlobe Store (marketplace) can be found on the Store Terms of Use page.

Distribution of content - AltGlobe may decide to distribute your Content outside of the AG Services. If that happens, it will have a mutual purpose of promoting your content and AltGlobe's Services on other venues with links back to AtGlobe's website, where visitors will have an additional link to your AltGlobe account, where you can have a link to your own website.

**Blogger Feed and the AltGlobe bar ("Globar")**

Blogger Feed is a form that a Blogger on AG submits for initiating syndication of content from his/her website/blog to AltGlobe. This is a one time action (which can be edited via the user account page) that needs to be done. The method to syndicate the content is through the RSS feed link from the Blogger's website. AltGlobe allows only content submissions that are aligned with the "spirit" of AG.
If you added your Blogger Feed to AltGlobe and your blog is promoted to AltGlobe's external accounts, like Facebook, Twitter and other places AG has presence on, the link will be directed to view your own website/blog, as an iframe. Once the page opens up, it will have the AltGlobe Bar at the top of the window with an option to quickly remove the bar, at any time, and disconnect completely from AG services. The AltGlobe Bar has various features that can connect your blog to the AltGlobe community. Viewers of your content will be able to vote on it and thus, enhance its rank and visibility on AltGlobe. Users can also submit your content to their own networking accounts, on other websites, like Facebook Twitter and others, using the Globar.
Even though we direct our users to your site in most cases, there are places on the AG site that your blog could be found in, in its full form. This posts are treated equally as the ones posted directly on AltGlobe, with an addition of direct link to the original post, on your website, with the Globar at the top.

While submitting your Blogger Feed, you grant AG the right to share your content on the AltGlobe pages, in its full view. You also grant AG the rights to attract viewers to your content via search engines and general SEO methods, which AG is using for all other content on its websites. Nevertheless, AG will expose your syndicated content in most places, including the AG front page, as a teaser with direct link to your site via the Globar.

The AG Widget is a graphical user interface, available as a code, that displays updated information from AG to the end user on your site. We allow everyone to grab the widget and install it on their website. Anyone embedding AG's content on his or her site, has to follow the all the terms of use in this agreement. In the future, distinct widgets will stream out content corresponding to different themes of AG, which you will be able to choose from, and that fits best your own webiste's/blog's content. As a member of AG you grant us the rights to distribute your content through any of the AG Widgets.
Once someone clicks on the link of the widget corresponding to your content, it will take the user to view your full article with the AG's bar, following the same path as mentioned in the "Globar" section above.

Content/Activity Prohibited:

The following is a partial list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited to post on or through the AG Services. AG reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in AG's sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the AG Services and terminating the Membership of such violators. Prohibited Content includes, but is not limited to Content that, in the sole discretion of AG: is patently offensive and promotes racism, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; harasses or advocates harassment of another person; exploits people in a sexual or violent manner; contains nudity, violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an adult website; solicits personal information from anyone under 18; provides any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs or email addresses; promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous; promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files; involves the transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, "spimming," or "spamming"; contains restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page); furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses; solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other Users; involves commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes; includes a photograph of another person that you have posted without that person's consent; or for band and filmmaker profiles, uses sexually suggestive imagery or any other unfair, misleading or deceptive Content intended to draw traffic to the profile. The following is a partial list of the kind of activity that is illegal or prohibited on the AG Website and through your use of the AG Services. AG reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in AG's sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, reporting you to law enforcement authorities. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to: criminal or tortuous activity, including child pornography, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, gambling, harassment, stalking, spamming, sending of viruses or other harmful files, copyright infringement, patent infringement, or theft of trade secrets; advertising to, or solicitation of, any Member to buy or sell any products or services through the AG Services. You may not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Members. It is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the AG Services in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent. If you breach this Agreement and send unsolicited bulk email, instant messages or other unsolicited communications of any kind through the AG Services, you acknowledge that you will have caused substantial harm to AG, but that the amount of such harm would be extremely difficult to ascertain. As a reasonable estimation of such harm, you agree to pay AG $50 for each such unsolicited email or other unsolicited communication you send through the AG Services; covering or obscuring the banner advertisements on your personal profile page, or any AG page via HTML/CSS or any other means; any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to add friends or send comments or messages; interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the AG Services or the networks or services connected to the AG Services; attempting to impersonate another Member or person; for band profiles, copying the code for your AG Player and embedding it into other profiles or asking other Members to embed it into their profiles; using the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or disclosing your password to any third party or permitting any third party to access your account; selling or otherwise transferring your profile; using any information obtained from the AG Services in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person; displaying an advertisement on your profile, or accepting payment or anything of value from a third person in exchange for your performing any commercial activity on or through the AG Services on behalf of that person, such as placing commercial content on your profile, posting blogs or bulletins with a commercial purpose, , or sending private messages with a commercial purpose; or using the AG Services in a manner inconsistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

Monitoring:

AG assumes no responsibility for monitoring the AG Services for inappropriate Content or conduct, If at any time AG chooses, in its sole discretion, to monitor the AG Services, AG nonetheless assumes no responsibility for the Content, no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate Content, and no responsibility for the conduct of the User submitting any such Content. You are solely responsible for the Content that you post on or through any of the AG Services, and any material or information that you transmit to other Members and for your interactions with other Users. AG does not endorse and has no control over the Content. Content is not necessarily reviewed by AG prior to posting and does not necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of AG. AG makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the Content or to the accuracy and reliability of the Content or any material or information that you transmit to other Members.

Release:

If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code §1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor."

Copyright Policy.

You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to others without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. It is the policy of AG to terminate Membership privileges of any Member who repeatedly infringes the copyright rights of others upon receipt of proper notification to AG by the copyright owner or the copyright owner's legal agent. Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the AG Services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information: (i) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; (ii) a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; (iii) a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the AG Services; (iv) your address, telephone number, and email address; (v) a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (vi) a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other AG Members. AG reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members. Use of the AG Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Disclaimers. AG is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the AG Website or in connection with the AG Services, whether caused by Users of the AG Services or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the AG Services. Profiles created and posted by Members on the AG Website may contain links to other websites. AG is not responsible for the Content, accuracy or opinions expressed on such websites, and such websites are in no way investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy or completeness by AG. Inclusion of any linked website on the AG Services does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked website by AG. When you access these third-party sites, you do so at your own risk. AG takes no responsibility for third party advertisements, which are posted on this AG Website or through the AG Services, nor does it take any responsibility for the goods or services provided by its advertisers. AG is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any User of the AG Services. AG assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, any User or Member communication. AG is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or players due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or on any of the AG Services or combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Users or to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading materials in connection with the AG Services. Under no circumstances shall AG be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from use of the AG Services, attendance at a AG event, from any Content posted on or through the AG Services, or from the conduct of any Users of the AG Services, whether online or offline. The AG Services are provided "AS-IS" and as available and AG expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. AG cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the AG Services.

Indemnity:

You will indemnify and hold us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees), harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, including but not limited to any and all disputes between users; to any claims with regard to copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information; or with regard to any injury or damage incurred by any User. Access and Interference. The Site contains robot exclusion headers. Much of the information on the Site is updated on a real time basis and is proprietary or is licensed to AG by our users or third parties. You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission. Additionally, you agree that you will not: (i) take any action that imposes, or may impose in our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (ii) copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute or publicly display any content (except for Your Information) from the Site without the prior expressed written permission of AG and the appropriate third party, as applicable; (iii) interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any activities conducted on the Site; or (iv) bypass our robot exclusion headers or other measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site.

Limitation on Liability.

IN NO EVENT SHALL AG BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF AG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, AG’s LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO AG FOR THE AG SERVICES DURING THE TERM OF MEMBERSHIP. U.S. Export Controls. Software available in connection with the AG Services (the "Software") is further subject to United States export controls. No Software may be downloaded from the AG Services or otherwise exported or re-exported in violation of U.S. export laws. Downloading or using the Software is at your sole risk.

Disputes.

If there is any dispute about or involving the AG Services, you agree that the dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions and you agree to exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts of the United States located in the State of California, City of Oakland. Either AG or you may demand that any dispute between AG and you about or involving the AG Services must be settled by arbitration utilizing the dispute resolution procedures of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Oakland California, USA, provided that the foregoing shall not prevent AG from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Right to Refuse Services:

AltGlobe's services are not available to temporarily or indefinitely suspended members. AltGlobe reserves the right, in AltGlobe’s sole discretion, to cancel unconfirmed or inactive accounts. AltGlobe reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Severability:

If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold AG, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the AG Services in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or if any Content that you post on the AG Website or through the AG Services causes AG to be liable to another. Other. This Agreement is accepted upon your use of the AG Website or any of the AG Services and is further affirmed by you becoming a Member. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and AG regarding the use of the AG Services. The failure of AG to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. The section titles in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. AG is a trademark of Orighinami, LLC. This Agreement operates to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision of this Agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from this Agreement and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Profanity and Offensive Speech:

AG does not allow the use of profanity or offensive speech on its site. This includes the use of language that is racist, hateful, sexual or obscene in nature. Relationship:

The relationship between AG and You is not one of a legal partnership relationship, but is one of independent contractors. The words "You" or "Your" shall also mean heirs, executors, administrators, successors, legal representatives and permitted assigns.

Use of Cookies:

On the Internet, a "cookie" is a piece of information (a file) that a Web site transfers to a user's computer for record-keeping purposes. The use of cookies is common on the Internet. Access to AG user submissions:

You may access User Submissions solely: for your information and personal use; as intended through the normal functionality of the AG Service; and for Streaming. "Streaming" means a contemporaneous digital transmission of an audiovisual work via the Internet from the AG Service to a user's device in such a manner that the data is intended for real-time viewing and not intended to be copied, stored, permanently downloaded, or redistributed by the user. Accessing User Videos for any purpose or in any manner other than Streaming is expressly prohibited. User Videos are made available "as is." _____________________ Under Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(3)(A), the Notification of Claimed Infringement must include the following: (a) An electronic or physical signature of the owner or of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; (b) Identification of the copyrighted work (or works) that You claim has been infringed; (c) A description of the material that You claim is infringing, and the location where the original or an authorized copy of the copyrighted work exists (for example, the URL of the page of the website where it is lawfully posted; the name, edition and pages of a book from which an excerpt was copied, etc.); (d) A clear description of where the infringing material is located on the Site, including as applicable its URL, so that we can locate the material; (e) Your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address; (f) A statement that You have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (g) A statement by You, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in Your notice is accurate and that You are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. Agreement Admissible. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
